The AXIS LD Depositor is engineered for accurate portion control across a wide range of product styles, with or without inclusions. Servo-driven stuffing rollers apply controlled pressure for a stable and consistent product feed, while precision-molded metering rollers ensure uniform deposits with minimal variation. From wire-cut cookies to extruded bars and dense batters, the system maintains repeatable weight, clean cut-off, and consistent output at production speeds.

The AXIS LD Depositor supports extrusion, wire-cutting, and depositing on a single platform. Modular manifolds, interchangeable tooling, and custom die sets allow fast changeovers between product styles and deposit formats. Optional jacketed hoppers help maintain product temperature, while custom nozzle and die configurations enable a wide range of shapes, patterns and textures.
