Servo-driven piston control maintains consistent portioning across batters, creams and fillings, ensuring stable output throughout production. The rack-and-pinion manifold supports smooth, even product delivery during each cycle, while helping maintain consistent performance over extended runs, reducing variation and supporting reliable output. A controlled suck-back function eliminates stringing at cut-off for clean, well-defined deposits with minimal waste.

The AXIS PD Depositor handles a wide range of flowable products from light syrups to thick batters. Changeable manifolds and interchangeable tooling allow quick transitions between products and deposit styles, while optional jacketed hoppers maintain temperature control for hot or cold applications.
