PRECISION: Position Perfectly.

The AXIS Auger Spot Topper deposits a consistent amount of streusel or other moist product into tray cavities for accurate positioning exactly where you want it and nowhere else. Each tray cavity is equipped with an individual servo-driven auger for precise, gentle handling and less product degradation. An internal VFD-driven, pneumatically-controlled auger keeps material inside the hopper flowing and prevents bridging. Eliminate the need for topping reclaim while reducing labor, waste and costs.

FLEXIBILITY: Handles sticky and oily ingredients with ease.

Works well as a streusel depositor and also handles a wide variety of high moisture products including graham cracker crust, brown sugar, cookies and cream, raisins, oatmeal and more. Tongue and groove coupling and optional transport carts grant easy removal and quick sanitation. Create, save, and load recipes efficiently with the PLC-controlled touch-screen HMI panel.
