The AXIS Bag Dump Station minimizes dust hazards while providing efficient, unrestricted flow of material. It serves as a waist-height support structure for emptying multiple bags at a time. Dust is carried away from the operator to a separate dust collection chamber with an inspection window. Adjusting product fluidization is easy with an air regulator located at operator level.

Designed for efficiency and productivity, this bag dump hopper is conically-shaped with 60° angled walls and pulsing vibration to increase product flow. Gas shocks lift the lid and keep it open while the bag is emptied. Door switch triggers vacuum to pull a slow, negative pressure on emptied material, minimizing the spread of dust. Air regulator features markings for recording different product settings and a Teflon filter for maximum protection from allergens. Connect the bag break station to your off-site dust collection or an AXIS Vacuum Conveyor.
